These Ecotech CNC traversing wheel head grinders are designed for high efficiency and accuracy grinding applications.
This machine can grind large size parts up to 24-inch swing, this series includes four (4) between the center sizes that cover the lengths from 196 inches to 314 inches, and they can hold a maximum payload of 13,236 lbs. It is the best fit for large shaft grinding. In addition, a large variety of optional accessories can be used to enhance machine performance and capacity.
Precision Testing
The standard test part is 1045 material, hardness 50 -55 RC and the part size is Φ 7.87 x 118.0.
The test conforms to the ISO 2433:1999 accuracies standards.
